Terms & Conditions

Payment

1. Course enrollment will be confirmed when all fees have been received.

2. Payment of the training fee is regarded as acceptance of the terms & conditions.

3. Before your first lesson starts, we require payment in advance.

4. All payments must be via Mandarin 360’s Director. Our teachers and staffs do not accept any payments from clients.

Reschedule

1. Clients must notify Mandarin 360 at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson to cancel or to reschedule it. Otherwise, there is no entitlement for a refund or option to make up the lesson. Exceptions may be made once in case of emergencies.

2. You can reschedule your lessons, as long as it occurs before the final lesson of the term + 2 weeks. For example, if your last lesson is on August 15th, any rescheduled lessons must be attended by August 30th. If you have a special case, please contact the Mandarin 360’s Director before the course starts.
We have a special program for professionals who need a more flexible schedule, which gives clients + 6 weeks to complete the rescheduled lessons. Please contact Gloria if you are interested in this program.

Cancellation

1. To cancel the course, clients must give Mandarin 360 a written notification at the earliest opportunity. Clients could receive 50% refund of the training fee before 1/3 of the whole package. If more than 1/3 of the course has already been taken, it is non-refundable.

2. We reserve the right to cancel our course before the specified date if there is insufficient demand. In this case, we will provide alternative courses, or applicants will receive a full refund.

Others

1. We offer a paid trial lesson before clients committed to a package.

2. If you refer a new client who registers a package at once, you will receive an hour of free online training as a gesture of our gratitude.
